Each of the license renewals listed below include the cost of the physical software maintenance, license codes to renew each unit, new cables, power tips, cords, and connectivity cables. All software upgrades for a 12 month period to include software and license support.

New Materials, Supplies or Equipment: Unless otherwise specified, all materials, supplies or equipment offered by a vendor shall be new, unused in any regard and of most current design. All materials, supplies and equipment shall be first class in all respects. Seconds or flawed items will not be acceptable. All materials, supplies or equipment shall be suitable for their intended purpose and, unless otherwise specified, fully assembled and ready for use on delivery.

Shipping and F.O.B. Point: Unless otherwise specified, bid prices shall be F.O.B. DESTINATION, PREPAID AND ALLOWED (included in the contract price), which means delivered to a state agency's receiving dock or other designated point without additional charge. Shipments shall be made in order to arrive at the destination at a satisfactory time for unloading during regular working hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
