1)I hereby represent to Line Drive Hitting LLC (LDH) that I am desirous of purchasing a membership as set forth in the agreement that I have signed. I further agree to use these facilities in accordance with the rules and regulations of LDH. All persons covered under this membershipagree to abide by the rules and regulations of LDH as are in effect and not inclusive and are subject to change. Rules also encompass anything not stated in membership agreement but can be posted at LDH facility.
2)Family memberships only apply to individuals of the same family living in the same household.
3)Memberships costs are yearly and the membership term lasts for 12 months from the start date unless otherwise agreed upon by Line Drive Hitting. Any payment that is returned or becomes invalid may be charged a fee of $30. Membership will be suspended until payment is received. Membership fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
4)I have read and signed the Line Drive Hitting LLC Waiver and Release Agreement (01/10).
5)If I am 18 and under of age, a parent or legal guardian has signed below and agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement on my behalf.
6)I understand that memberships are not transferrable. Facility is for use of members designated above. No guests or non- members will be allowed at facility without the direct consent of management. Failure to abide by this rule will result in forfeiture of membership privileges with no refund of fees paid. Any guest approved by management will be required to sign a Waiver and Release Agreement.
7)LDH currently operates as a 24/7 facility. Management reserves the right to change the facility hours at any time based on member use and treatment of the facility. Abuse of the facility may result in posted hours of operation. LDH facility will be monitored by security cameras and members will have keycard access. One keycard will be issued per single membership, two for a family membership.
Replacement fee for lost card will be $25. Management retains the right to terminate membership for violation of any rules and access via keycard will be terminated.At no time shall a member loan their card to a non-member for use of facility.
8)Online scheduling will be utilized by LDH. Access to dates will be given one week in advance. Individual cages can be reserved in 1 hour or ½ hour increments. No shows will be monitored and misuse may result in membership suspension. Scheduling access will be given upon full receipt of membership dues. Cage time scheduling and reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis and are subject to availability.
9)Line Drive Hitting LLC reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual(s) for any reason.
