Attention parents:
Your child has collected $75 or more during our Mud Run Fundraiser and is eligible to participate in a limo ride and lunch at Olive Garden on
Tuesday, November 12th, from 11:00 am - 3:30pm.
Please sign and return the attached permission slip along with your child’s lunch choice by Wednesday, November 6th. Below are Olive Garden lunch menu options. Please have your child dressed in their best attire.
Your child will not be able to attend without a signed permission slip.
Please pick up your child at the lunch tables no later than 3:30pm.

Su hijo ha recaudado fondos de $75 o más durante nuestra recaudación de fondos “Mud Run”, y es elegible a participar en un viaje en limosina a Olive Garden el martes, 12 de noviembre, de 11:00 am- 3:30 pm.
Por favor, firme y devuelva la autorización adjunta con su opción para el almuerzo de su hijo/a antes del miércoles, 6 de noviembre.
Abajo están unas opciones de menú de almuerzo de Olive Garden.
Favor de hacer lo posible de vestir a sus hijo/a con ropa y zapatos de vestir.
Su hijo/a no podrá asistir sin un permiso firmado.
Favor de recoger a su hijo a las 3:30pm en el área de comer en Longfellow.
