-Increased slip revenues by 18% by attracting a more lucrative client base.

-Boosted hauling revenues 106% by increasing fees and changing business model.

  • Improved employee morale and culture by replacing under-performing and/or negative employees.
  • Oversaw clean-up efforts after two major hurricanes (Katrina and Wilma) hit the marina within 3 months. Restored business to full operation as soon as power was restored.
