Liability Waiver/Acceptance of Responsibility of Risk

LIABILITY WAIVER/ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF RISK

In consideration for participation in activities using the Bounce Mountain LLC Bounce Station, the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and on the behalf of the participant(s) identified below, acknowledges, appreciates and agrees to the following conditions:

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant(s) named below or I have obtained permission from the parent/legal guardian of the participant(s) named below to execut this agreement on their behalf. I agree that the participant(s) named below and I shall comply with all stated customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions as conditions for participation in any event and/or program with use of any Bounce Mountain LLC Bounce Station. In addition, if I observe any hazard during our participation, I will bring it to the attention of the nearest Bounce Mountain LLC employee or official immediately;

I am aware that there are inherent risks (including, but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, distress, paralysis and even death) associated with participation in Bounce Mountain LLC Bounce Stations, programs, parties, events, and/or the use of the play area and any inflatable equipment. The risk of serious injury from participating in Bounce Mountain LLC Bounce Station activities, although minimal, does exist, as it does in all play and amusement activities.I and the children in my care who will participate in any Bounce Mountain LLC activities are physically, mentally and emotionally fit to participate in such activities; and I, on behalf of myself and the participant(s) named below, knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, including those that may arise out of the negligence of other participants; and,

I, for myself and the participant(s) named below, and our respective heirs, assigns, administrators, personal representation, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Bounce Mountain LLC, their affiliates, officers, members, agents, employees, other participants, and sponsoring agencies from and against any and all claims, injuries, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to our participation in any and all Bounce Mountain LLC activities, programs, events, the use of the bounce station and/or inflatable equipment.

Bounce Mountain LLC Bounce Station RULES/CAUTIONS…

1. Socks must be worn at all times. No shoes or bare feet

2. No head first down any slide. FEET FIRST ONLY

3. No climbing up the slides

4. No flips or tumbling of any kind

5. No jumping onto or off of the inflatables

6. No rough play

7. No climbing on the outside or on top of any inflatable

8. No sharp objects

9. No jewelry

10. No food, drinks, candy or gum on the inflatables

11. NO RUNNING

12. No ROUGH PLAY in or around the bounce station

13. Please use extreme caution while getting on to and off of the inflatables.

ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

14. While we do have hosts to HELP supervise the play areas, ultimately it is your responsibility to watch your children to ensure they are following the rules/cautions.
