Topic / Discussion Points / Action Items
§  EVS 4.1 release / ·  Frank asked about the problem with 4.0.1 of BioPortal and if we’ve been able to recreate that here. He mentioned it’s very easy to see on the production server but it’s not being seen in the Dev tier. But we haven’t seen it on our end. We’re consistent on the software stack but we don’t have it populated with the same data yet. Kevin just got the snapshot of data yesterday. We’re working on building the exact EVS API.
·  Tracy has sent an email to try to get some stats on the server. / ·
§  EVS 4.2 release
o  GForge focus items
§  #36186 – Production Bioportal Performance
§  #14008 – Query of Subsets does not return all subset items
§  #14049 – Loading Zebrafish in 2.2 does not load properties
o  Under investigation
§  Questions regarding HL7 Loader Implementation/Approach (see attached document)
·  Recommendations for top node identification?
·  How is metadata for individual code systems accessed/used? How should LexBIG carry this information?
§  Zebrafish and Curation display differences on Production
o  Misc
§  Confirm Mayo role in loading model to caDSR
§  Annual meeting presentation
§  Access to pre-release Introduce tooling
§  LexEVS Gforge organization / ·  Satya discussed some of his findings with regards to performance. We’re pretty much seeing a reasonable explanation for what we’re seeing and we can put that into the Gforge item. Once we’re confident in what we’re seeing explains it then we’ll put those notes and any code updates into the Gforge item and close it.
·  We’ll continue to focus on the 2 performance items.
·  #14008 – Scott has taken a brief look at the problem. We have investigated it and have narrowed down the code where this is occurring. We should be able to narrow it down further with regards to a fix. This isn’t a high priority until we go to 5.0.
·  #14049 – Tracy gave a bit more detail for this. She has gotten it to load though so it’s lost its urgency. But we’ll have to take a look at this and should be fairly easy for us to diagnose.
·  The SMQ item has been closed out (8670). We are loading those properly now.
·  Who should we work with to discuss the HL7 loader questions? We can work with Gilberto & Tracy on this.
·  We discussed the use of “part-of” relationship.
·  Load of model into caDSR done by us? Gilberto will check on this. Once we prepare the xmi files we give it to them and then they import to caDSR. / ·  We’ll set up a meeting with Gilberto & Tracy to discuss the HL7 loader.
·
Adjourn / ·  Thanks for your participation! / ·
