Dear Delegate,

You are invited to attend the first London Regional Forum which is being organised by Level Playing Field (LPF) and Arsenal Disabled Supporters Association (ADSA) with support from Arsenal FC. The forum will be taking place at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium from 1pm - 4pm on Wednesday 8thNovember 2017.

The objective of the forum is to provide a medium where individual DSAs and club representatives can exchange views, policies and practices concerning their respective clubs and associations. We believe that this will assist all clubs and DSAs in their efforts to improve their own club’s disabled facilities as well as improve the standard of customer service offered to disabled supporters. The ultimate aim being to improve their match day experience and for more disabled people to attend football matches.

We are inviting DSAs, Disability Liaison Officers (DLOs) and other relevant stakeholders. If you are aware of anyone else at your club who would like to attend, please give us their name, position at the club and their contact details so we can contact them. Please note that there is currently a limit of two people per organisation.

We are hoping there will also be an opportunity for a short stadium tour afterwards to show you the facilities Arsenal FC currently offers for disabled supporters.

Accessible parking will be available at the venue but must be booked in advance. If you need to book a parking space, please email Kieran Reynolds at with your full name, the full name of any passengers and your car registration number.The car park will be open from 12:15pm. If you are not in the car use the entrance at Club Level East.
