Level 3 Social Media Apprentice (18 month contract)

The purpose of the role is to provide Social mediaassistance with front of house customer service as receptionist for both the charity and its enterprise hub.
Core hours:Between 9:00to 17:00 Monday to Friday with occasional evenings, weekends or breakfast meetings over a 37.5 hour week, flexing to meet business needs as agreed within the Kent Enterprise Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Social Media and Marketing
- Keep all social media sites and websites up to date with information provided.
- Checking mailing list is up to date and compliant with data protection.
- Creation and distribution of posters, flyers and marketing material.
- Liaising with external design, print and production suppliers.
- Reception and customer service
- Welcome our customers and beneficiaries with a friendly, efficient and professional manner in person and on the telephone, providing hospitality if required.
- Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries effectively, notifying virtual customers in a timely manner.
- Design sign in sheets, car park notices, room signs, reception welcome screen and maintain reception manual.
- Ensure Tuck Shop is well presented and a profitable work experience activity for beneficiaries, ordering supplies as required and cashing up takings weekly.
- Display beneficiaries Card Shop and Book Stall to the best possible advantage for donations.
- Receive and process room bookings, feedback and general enquiries, forwarding messages quickly and efficiently to team members.

- Be familiar with and promote good standards of employment, risk assessments, record keeping, health and safety, fire precaution and prevention.
- Mentor volunteers to achieve team leadership skills and fulfil our charitable mission.
- Actively participate in team meetings and take notes if required.
