Letter of Intent & Enrollment Agreement

ThisLetter of Intent and non-refundable Registration Fee/Material Fee is required to reserve a spot for your child for the 2017-2018 academic year. Tuition is a commitment for the school year and deductions are not allowed for any absence.

* Infant, Toddlers, Primary Full-Time, and ASK: A late fee of $10.00 if not paid by Tuesday & $15.00 if not paid by Thursday.

** Part-time, Extended Day & Elementary: Late fee of $10.00 after 6th of the month (Option 1) &

a late fee of $25.00 after July 10th & December 10th(Option 2).

Registration Fee:Infants, Toddler One, Toddler Two, and Primary students require a non-refundable $100 registration fee. Lower and Upper-Elementary students require a $150 registration fee. There is also a $25 material fee due for all students at the time of registration.

Tuition includes: Toddlers- AM and PM snack, lunch, Spanish, Art, Music & Movement class. Primary Full-Time - AM and PM snack, lunch, Spanish, Art, Music & Movement class. Elementary- Spanish, Music and Movement, and PE.

Absence: TUITION WILL REMAIN THE SAME, EVEN IF A CHILD IS ABSENT FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK.Full-time students (Infant, Toddler, & Primary) are allowed one week per school year for vacation after attending for six months. For example: From August of 2017 to August 2018, you are allowed on FREE week. Please see Policies/Parent Handbook for exceptions.

Withdrawal: If a child is withdrawn from a program, a written notice is required. For Full-time students, a two-week notice is required; for Part-Time, Extended-Day, and Elementary students a two-month notice is required.

Returned Checks: Checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), or for any other reason, will be subject to a $35.00 charge.

Credit/Debit Card Payment: a 3% fee will be added per transaction.

End of the Year Tax Receipts: There will be a $5.00 fee for all end-of-the-year tax receipts.

Holidays: Please refer to the school calendar which is issued to each child at the commencement of the school year.

I understand that thisLetter of Intent is a commitment to the entire year’s tuition and an adequate written notice is required in the event of a withdrawal. I further understand that there are no deductions on weekly/monthly tuition for holidays, vacations, illness or lost school days due to inclement weather.
