Let’s Take a Trip!

Decimal Operations Unit

Everyone likes to go on a vacation – but there is a lot of planning that goes into a trip and a lot of calculating costs! Your task is to plan a possible trip for you and your family to take over spring break. You must outline the costs of taking a trip to the destination of your choice (the trip must take you outside of Indonesia and cannot include the United States). You will need to research and calculate the costs for your trip in Indonesian Rupiah, US Dollars, and the currency of the country you will visit. Once you have researched your destination, you will need to create an itinerary and budget for your trip and present it to your parents.

Overall Task: Plan a family vacation and create a budget for your trip. You are going to present this to your parents as a possible trip.
