LenderLive Network Names Adam Nichols CFO
Experienced financial, accounting professional provides expertise,
strategic direction to mortgage services firm
DENVER, Jan. 19, 2010 – LenderLive Network Inc., a provider of business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, has appointed Adam Nichols as its new CFO. Nichols, who has more than two decades of financial and accounting experience, will assist in directing the company’s financial plans.
“We experienced a great deal of growth during 2009, and we wanted to ensure that we had the infrastructure in place to develop and implement an even more solid financial plan as we move forward,” said Rick Seehausen, president and CEO of LenderLive Network. “In addition to his extensive financial management experience, Adam brings a great deal of mortgage industry knowledge and experience to our organization”.
In addition to being CFO for Guardian Mortgage Documents, which was acquired by LenderLive in August 2008, Nichols was senior business manager for Integra Telecom, Inc., a privately held communications firm, where he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as financial reporting. He also was a financial advisor for IPtimize, Inc., a public voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) service provider. He developed the firm’s long-term financial business plan and conducted financial due diligence on potential acquisitions.
Nichols started his financial career at Conoco-DuPont and gained more financial management experience at ICG Communications, Inc., a regional telecommunications company and ABC Companies, Inc., a receivable management and debt collection company.
