Legal Disclaimer Societe General Prize Draw at Sibos 2014

Article 1: ORGANISATION

Société Générale, is organising a free lottery during the SIBOS 2014. Sibos 2014 is taking place at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center from 29 September to 2 October 2014.

The lottery will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2014.

Article 2 : PARTICIPATION

The competition is exclusively reserved for Sibos Attendees.

All those that participated directly or indirectly in the organisation or development of the lottery, service providers and intern staff cannot participate.

Participation in the lottery implies acceptance of the present rules.

Article 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Participants have to fill in the form distributed at the stand Société Générale E18 and drop it in the draw box at stand E18 or alternatively drop a business card from 29 September to 1 October 2014.

No further participants will be accepted after 1st October 2014 at 4:30 pm.

Article 4: PICKING THE WINNER

The winners will be drawed by Societe Generale staff on 1st October from 4:30 to 6PM. The winners must be present at the prize draw to win. If it is not the case a new forms or business card will be drawed.

Article 5: PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE

Prize

The winners will win in the order of drawing

·  1 rugby ball signed by the XV de France team

·  2 rugby jerseys signed by the XV de France team

·  2 tickets (cat. A), rugby world cup, pool phase, France vs Romania, Olympic Stadium Wednesday, Setpember 23rd.

·  2 tickets (cat. A), rugby world cup, pool phase, Australia vs Wales Twickenham Stadium, Saturday, October 10th

·  2 tickets (cat. A), rugby world cup, pool phase, New Zealand vs Argentina, Wembley Stadium, Sunday, September 20th.

This represents a prizes worth of a total of 650€.

The value of the prizes was determined at the moment of the creation of the present terms and conditions and cannot be the object of any contestation concerning their evaluation.

Any expenses generated after, in particular with regards to the maintenance and use of the prizes are the total responsibility of the prize winner

The name of the winner will be published on sibos.societegenerale.com website and any other Societe Generale website.

The winners must be present during the prize draw to claim their prize.

Société Générale reserves the right to check whether any winner is a staff member before awarding their prize.

In the event that the prize winner refuses their prize, the prize in question shall be replaced in the draw. The prize winner undertake to accept the prize in the designated format, with no possibility of an exchange, in particular for cash or services of any sort, or with no transfer to a third party. Similarly, this prize cannot be requested as compensation, in particular for sums due from Société Générale.

Société Générale reserves the right, in the event of an event that is out of its control, in particular linked to its suppliers and partners, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to replace the announced prize with a prize of an equivalent worth. The winners shall be informed of any change.

Article 6: USE OF THE WINNER’S PERSONAL DATA

The winner authorizes Société Générale to use their personal data (surname and first name) on any platform it deems necessary (notably the intranet) without being owed any remuneration, rights or advantages whatsoever, other than the relevant prize.

The participation in this lottery is optional. The personal datas collected while implementing the present lottery are intended, as well as those which will be collected later, to Société Générale. It will be used only for management of this lottery, may not be used for direct marketing and may not be disclosed to third parties.

Participants are entitled to access personal data and may demand the correction of any incomplete or inaccurate information. They are also entitled to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data. All such rights can be exercised upon simple request to Marie Arkhipoff.

Article 7: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOTTERY

Société Générale reserves the right to prolong, shorten, modify or cancel the lottery at any time, notably in the event of a force majeure, without being subject to compensation by the participants. Such modifications will be published on Wednesday 1st, October 2014.

Article 8: INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements that comprise the aforementioned lottery is strictly forbidden.

Any brand names or product names mentioned are brand names or products placed by their respective owners.

Article 9: RESPONSIBILITY

Société Générale cannot be held responsible for any cases of force majeure or random events that occur independently of its wishes.

Société Générale cannot be held responsible nor shall it be subject to any legal proceedings in the event of incidents of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) that partly or fully deprive the participants of the possibility of participating in the lottery and/or the winner or winners from benefitting from their prize.

Société Générale, its service providers and partners cannot be held responsible for any events that may occur in the use of the prize by the prize winner or their guests after they have taken possession of their prize.

Similarly, Société Générale, its service providers and partners cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of prize after they have taken possession of their prize. Any additional cost related to the taking of possession of the prize is the entire responsibility of the prize winners, who may not request ant compensation from Société Générale, its service providers and partners.

Société Générale reserves the right, in all cases, to modify any date and/or time announced. Any additional clauses provided to or posted on the intranet site during the competition will be considered as appendices to the present terms and conditions.

Article 10 : CLAIMS AND LITIGATION

Société Générale reserves the right to be the decision-maker in any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of the present rules, it being understood that no dispute shall be admitted with regard to the rules of the lottery or the results after Wednesday 1st September 2014.

Barring any obvious errors, it is hereby agreed that the information resulting from the draw systems used by Société Générale shall have probative force in any dispute regarding connection matters and the data processing of the information related to the lottery.

Any claim must be submitted in writing before Wednesday 1st October 2014 at Marie Arkhipoff (). After this date, no claims shall be accepted. Participation in the game involves implies total acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
