Salary scale:P02 point 36- P03 point 41 (depending on skills and experience)
Salary:£30,978-£32,778 (pro rata- actual salary 25,117-26,576)
Hours:up to 30 hours/week

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced finance professional to lead on all finance and IT services at Leeds Mind.The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team and have strategic responsibility for finance and IT as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction of Leeds Mind. They will be responsible for all financial control and processes and contributing to funding applications.The Finance Manager will combine technical knowledge with commercial flair and excellent communication skills. Experience of working within the voluntary sector will be an advantage.
This postholder will:
- Work closely with all Leeds Mind services to deliver financial advice and ensure the effective management of resources
- Develop budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare timely management accounts to monitor against these budgets, ensuring financial stability and delivery of business plans
- Produce the annual financial accounts and liaise with the external auditors
- Prepare and deliver an IT strategy for the organisation
