Business is great and I thank you for all the referrals. My booking policies are changing to reflect the high demand for appointments. New changes will be in effect 5-15-17.

Cancelations under 24 hours will incur a $25 rebooking fee. This is in addition to the full value of the service you will receive. A no call- no show will require a $25 payment to secure another booking. This is in addition to any service you may receive.

A $25 deposit is required for full set lash extensions, cosmetic tattoo, or any consultation and can be applied to a booked service. This is to secure your time slot, to prevent mefrom booking an appointment for another client.

Fills are scheduled by number of days following your last appointment. 1-7 is a one-week fill. 8-14 is a two-week fill. 15-21 is a three-week fill.

Three week fills will be $75 for classic and $80 for volume. This is to accommodate for time, product and new lash growth. In three weeks you should have new growth of atleast 63 lashes per eye. That’s 2/3 full set. It is not recommended to go 3 weeks. If you arrive to your appointment and don’t have more than half of your extensions you may incur additional charges. If your booked fill requires more time than scheduled you may incur additional charges or be rebooked. Meaning, if you have lost more than is traditional. It is strongly discouraged to use mascara or any oil product on your lashes or eyes. Additional charges will be applied for mascara. (Your lashes tell the story if you wear mascara or pick at extensions)

Late arrival to your appointment will take away from your service. The appointment will end as scheduled.

High demand time slots are pre-booked weeks in advance. Pre-booking is the best way to guarantee a time slot to accommodate your schedule. Please book with enough advanced notice to meet your fill time frame. If you are unable to book within two weeks of your last appointment you will be charged accordingly.

It is not recommended to bring any guests to your appointment. Themultiple sanitation methods and products can be hazardous or poisonous. I cannot assist in accommodating guests during treatments. Clients love coming to The Fox Spa to relax, get away and get pampered. Its important that we always maintain a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere for their comfort.

These policies help to ensure that I can make the most of my time. No exceptions can be made for any personal, emergency or conflict reasons. I thank you for your understanding and help in supporting my busy schedule. Leah
