INTRODUCTION

Defines in the international plan of the sport that the continent where children and young people born with talents from sportsman, Africa is a true source of production of talents rough and that in comparison with its many sporting stars in the world. Located on the equatorial western blank of this black continent, the ivory dimension has proud pace with the international plan with the sight of the service of its many professionals. A-DEFINITION OF THE TARGET PUBLIC

The section football of the SPORTING YOUTH OF COCODY includes/understands a promotion of 112 young people divided into 5 groups:

●18 young ages of 10ans and less (pupils)

●18 young ages from 10 to 12 years (chicks)

●18 young ages from 12 to 14 years (the tiny ones)

●18 young ages from 14 to 16 years (juniors)

●30 young ages from 16 to 18 years (juniors)

This heterogeneous public comes from detection

- Selection organized on the whole of the districts and under-districts of the town of ABIDJAN made up of 10 communities.

B- THE OBJECTIVE OF THE CLUB JSC CREATION’S PROJECT

The various objectives of this project take as a starting point the one of the finalities which the essential axes of the policy of the Ministry for Youth and the Sports constitute.

1-finality of the project

This project of the club of the JSC aims to:

• With detection, formation and the framing of talented youth

• To prepare a national and international elite football this is powerful, competitive and competing on all the plans.

• To support the social integration of the athletes trained within the club

2-General objectives

Three general Objectives emerge from this finality. Each one of its objectives comprises a series of intermediate objectives which will make it possible to the trainers to better exploit the documents placed at their disposal to achieve their teaching goals.

General objectives 1

To ensure the technical training of the athletes of high levels

• Objective intermédiaire1: to train players endowed with the abilities connected to the technical activities.

• Intermediate objective 2: to train players endowed with the abilities connected to the tactical activities.

• Intermediate objective 3: to train players endowed with the abilities connected to the physical-activities.

General objectives 2

To ensure the formal training of the young footballers

• Intermediate objective 1: to train athletes taught with specific knowledge relating to the 17 laws of play and the terminology, the sporting infrastructures, sports equipment and lighting.

• Intermediate objective 2: to train athletes knowing the contents relating to the factors of performance.

• Intermediate objective 3: to inculcate the importance of the activities of relaxation and leisure to the athletes.

• Intermediate objective 4: to train athletes having for value the culture and the ethics of good citizenship.

General objectives 3

To prepare the athletes of the Sporting Youth of Cocody to the social rehabilitation

• Intermediate objective: to train young footballers initiated and sensitized with the trades of the sport.

C-COMPOSITION OF THE PROJECT

This present project is composed of two great phases,

The phase of installation of the training centre which corresponds to 1ST year of the operation of the club

and the phase of the introduction of the team of league 4 for the seniors championship corresponds to 2nd year of operation.

D- THE VARIOUS STAPES OF THE PROJECT’S REALIZATION

This shutter informs us on the various ordered stages of the concretization of the project, it includes:

1 tallies it of work

It is the medium in which all the technical activities of the club jsc will proceed, it includes:

a- The ground of exploitation

it must be the property of the club, it is space or tallies of activity of the club jsc and must meet the criteria and standards of the FIFA. Thus the ground deviant to shelter the activities of the section football of the jsc must be flat, evaluated with a dimension ranging between 1 and 2 has.

b- Adventure playgrounds

The adventure playgrounds also must respondent to the standards of the FIFA, but also with the needs for our athletes and thus for a better management and maintenance it is necessary to have 4 (four) adventure playgrounds including

1 of dimension 120/90 turfed and 3 of 90/45 composed of two turfed and sandy.

c- Buildings

It is a block of construction deviant to shelter a certain number of services; it will be built in the form of stage of a level which one will have 5 big rooms of 9m/7 each one on the 1st floor and the ground floor.

The 5 rooms of the ground floor are composed of:

- the nursery

- A store for the conservation of sports equipment

- 3 rooms of cloakrooms

The 5 rooms of the 1st stage are composed of:

-3 classrooms for the theoretical courses

-1 bureau for the manager

-1 bureau for the picture framers and the sport director.

2 The personal

It is the whole of the human capital which contributes to the good performance of the activities of the club,

it is composed of two great groups of which the Complet personnel high, shorts and low with the colors and with the logo of the administrative club and the technical personnel

a-Administrative staff

He deals with the administrative shutter of the club and is composed:

• A president general manager.

He is charged to manage the club and to be able the resources and necessary for the good performance of the club.

• A general secretary

He is charged with the administrative documents of the club and of the players it is charged to represent the club with all the meetings except those which require the presence of the president.

• the person in charge forhealth service

There are charged with all that is health issue of the club center and assists the athletes at the time of their activities.

• A sporting director

He is in charge of the follow-up of the athletes and is responsible for the club’s equipment and the programme of the training center’s operation.

• An accountancy

It is in charge with the accountancy and finances of the club and is composed of an accountant, of a police chief with count and of a treasurer.

b-technical personal

He deals with the technical operation of the club and is composed:

• Of five titular trainers of a diploma including one per category

• Of five coaches assistants

• Of two drivers for the vehicle of displacement of the athletes.

3material and equipment of work

It is the whole of the tools, behaviours, material and equipment exploited for the operation of the club

It is composed as follows:

a-equipment

• Soccer balls

The balls have more than priority and for 112 athletes it is recommended to have 130 balls including

80 balls n°5 and 50 balloons n°4.

• Shoes

The shoes are of two kinds which are:

- studded shoes (even of thin),

112 pairs

them not studded shoes (even synthetic), 112 pairs

• training jersey Complete high, shorts and low with the colors and with the logo of the club in quantity of 112,

a batch of 10 choisibles per category carrying the logo of the club and of various colors by category.

• competitive jersey Complete high, shorts and low with the colors and with the logo of the club including 2 sets of shirts of 20 complete per category.

b-materials

They is the work tools they are composed as follows:

• Cones It is recommended touts the categories of cones and in quantity of 25 by categories.

• The removable posts white

-4 goals and of 6 mbroad and2 m height

-4 goals and of 4 m broadand 2 m height

-4 small goals of 1m broad and 0.5 m heights

• Players collecting bus

It is necessary to have

2 mini-buses of 40 place each for the players collecting from their dwellingplace to their activities place .

4-Recruitment

The mode of recruitment is that of detection through tournamentsorganization . This system leads us to organize tournaments by category in the ten communities of Abidjan, that wants to say for the first community, a tournament will be organized for the 10ans and less, the 10à 12ans, the 12à 14 years, the 14 to 16 years and the 16 to 18 years.

Different matches from these tournaments will be played six players a guard for better observing each candidate in best situation of play.

It should be noted that each athlete claiming with our activities of detection should not nor belong to:

- A club

- A school of football

- A manager

- An agent of players

- An unspecified structure of management or management of sport.

At the end of these tournaments the 10 best athletes by category will be retained what shoed a total of 50 athletes per community any category confused, and will give us a total population of 500 athletes by category candidates for the second phase.

The second phase of detection recruitment will consist in preselecting 250 athletes for all the categories confused after a test of preselection one duration one month according to the following criteria:

- Technical qualities

- Physical capacities

- Tactical aptitudes

- Athletic qualities

- Height compared to the age

- Morphology

- The medical visit

The 250 retained gives us a population of approximately 50 athletes per category for all 10 communities.

The third and last test will lead us to release manpower classified and enumerated in the chapter A, definition of the target public.

5 -functionment

The football section of the sporting youth of cocody to an external system of sport and study because the pupils would be welcome with our activities. With this intention the club functions according to a quite precise program establishes by the sporting direction, the days of activity in school period are Wednesdays and Saturdays, in the event of leave or of school vacation a better adapted program will be establishes for this purpose.

Theduration of program is 18 months per season twice new months, the 19th month is that of tests aptitude for the passage of higher categories then leaves a one month of vacancy for the athletes.

The contents connected to the training program of the athletes comprise three parts:

• Technical training

• Formal training

• Formation with the social rehabilitation

a-technical training

The technical training relates to primarily the whole of the activities which proced on the ground. It comprises three (3) shutters which are:

C-formation with the social rehabilitation

This special training answers the preoccupation with a social rehabilitation of the athletes after their sporting career. It is a question of developing on their premises, in margin of their basic professional training in football, a whole of related skills connected directly or indirectly to the trade of sport.

These skills rest on major activities:

- Initiation and sensitizing with the trades of the sport

• Initiation with the arbitration

• sensitizing with the trade of sporting teacher

E-DESCRIPTION OF EVALUTION’S SYSTEMS

Two types of evaluation are envisaged to know, the evaluation of the program and the evaluation of the lesson.

1-evaluation of the training program

This evaluation with for object to follow coherence in the course of the activities and the means envisaged to the program. It is thus a question of evaluating the respect of planning as well as the availability and the good management of the financial, human, material resources and physics which are mobilized.

2-evaluation of the Teachers

The evaluation of the lesson takes into account the formative evaluation of the teachers and at the same time formative and combative evaluation of the athletes. The formative evaluation of the teachers consists in supervising their practice in order to possibly give assistance and support to them. The formative and combative evaluation of the athletes falls within the competence of the teachers. In the formative plan, it S `acts to subject the athletes to a series of tests of control during their courses in order to measure the degree of good progress. The result of this operation will make it possible at the end of first half of the year of the first year to decide final continuation of the program by the having athletes reached this stage.

F-METHODES

The importance of the sporting youth of cocody’sproject and the quality of thethe athletes’s final profile of competence be formed impose the use of the modern methods of animation and formation. They are the teaching methods known as active, differentiated, of the control and by objective. Under this report/ratio, the privileged strategy takes into account the various following techniques:

- Case studies relating to football them workshops of diagnosis and analysis them exercises releases of application

- The exercises practises on the ground (drive)

- gestural demonstrations

- roleplays them simulations etc….

All these techniques of training are supported by the use of a audio-visual and multi-media device which makes it possible to give more spirit to the formation and to mobilize energies of the athletes for a better capitalization of the contents of technical, theoretical trainings and of social rehabilitation. It is a question of being based on the supports such as:

• monitor TV multi systems

• Video tape recorder multi systems

• Video cassette

• Conclusive photographs.

Finally; the size of the population to be formed (112 athletes) allows a good teaching control by organizing the training of the skills by:

• Work with two

• Work in small group (3à6 peoples)

• Work as a large group (full-scale team)

G-PLANIFICATION OF THE CLUB’S ACTIVITIES.

Planning in this context consists in setting out again the activities of formation in time. It is a question of taking into account:

• Evolution of the program over one year and half of formation

• The distribution of the contents in time

• The assignment of time volumes according to the contents the contents and the distribution of the modules of formation in time are presented as follows
