Would like to meet with every grade level once/twice a month on a Monday

K-8:15am, 1st-11:00am, 2nd - , 3rd – 10:15am, 4th – 9:30am, 5th – 2:25pm, 6th – 8:45am,

7th – 12:30, 8th – 11:45am, EC Wed- 3:00pm

PLC teams should be meeting vertically once a month with a grade below and the grade above

K- with above only and 8th with below only

  1. Do not let parents in side doors direct them to the front
  2. No one parks in bus parking lot
  3. New nutrition law – Nothing can be sold that does not meet the nutrition standards until 30 minutes after instruction time. Pizza parties are OK if they are given to the students, but if they have to pay for the pizza then it’s being bought. No students can purchase from the machines in the office, they are not incompliance with the nutrition law.(Adults can) Do not send your children after school to purchase it for you.
  4. Lost and found location – At this time it is at the stage door located before you go into the gym.
  5. Student of the Month – Every grade level will send in one student to represent their grade level. One student from that list will be selected by a team to represent the school at the board. (Just one student per grade level will be email to Susan before the first of the month) Susan will send out notice when to send it to her.
  6. Awards Assembly – Susan will send you a form to fill out 2 weeks before the assembly you fill it out for your class (each teacher will be filling it out). Email it back to her she will compile the list and print awards and send the grade level (or put in a folder) list back so that each grade level can decide who will be reading the list.
  7. Honor roll field trips- They are being schedule one is schedule for the Tuesday November 25th. Students who have been in ISS all day or been suspended from school will not be able to attend the trip.
  8. Students need Hall passes when they leave your room.
  9. When sending students to PA you need to walk them to assigned area, and make sure the people who are assigned for that day are in place before you leave them.
  10. Success lab can be set up in Health room, to be used when health is not being taught.
  11. Make sure you put work orders in for computer problems, that way he can fix you problem. If you talk to him that is nice but he needs that work order.
  12. PTO – Turn sold and unsold tickets in by*** SEPTEMBER 22***

October 3 – Reverse drawing

November 1 - Haunted House

November 15 – Christmas Bonanza

December 12 – Christmas Party

Make a wish list and turn it into the PTO box.
