YOUTH LEADERSHIP BRENTWOOD SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Conditions and Requirements Governing Applications – 2009
1. Applicant shall be entering a four-year accredited college in the fall of 2009. Applicant must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0 during the period for which the scholarship is issued.
2. Each applicant must complete an application with all attachments, including a photograph. Incomplete applications cannot be considered for final awards and cannot be returned to an applicant once submitted.
3. Finalists will be asked to appear for a personal interview before a selection committee as part of the selection process.
4. Selection will be based on leadership potential, achievements, academic record, community involvement, goals, references and selection interview.
5. Scholarship check will be issued to the college of the recipient’s choice and mailed to the recipient.
6. Completed application with attachments must be received no later than 5 pm on March 13, 2009. Completed application should be delivered or mailed to:
