Leadership 2020 welcomes people who are at various stages in their leadership journey, from those who are exploring or relatively new to leadership roles, to those who have many decades of experience as a leader. One of the strengths of Leadership 2020 is the diversity of participants from across the career lifespan. Questions for All Applicants

The selection panel finds it particularly helpful to learn more about each applicant and your responses to the questions below provide the panel with a better sense of who you are, what matters to you, what your goals and aspirations are and how 2020 might support you. Formal essays are not required! In fact, you are welcome to submit your responses in written form (word document) or through another medium such as a video or audio recording, narrated powerpoint or Adobevoice (if you have an IPad), photographs with captions and/or stories. Emergent and experienced applicants only are asked to select one (1) of the following questions to answer in a separate document or presentation. Your response should be between 3-5 paragraphs if written and 2-3 minutes if narrated.
