Studio of 30 qm entirely air-conditionned.

-An american kithchen equiped with microwave oven, electric hotplate (2), hood, Fridge with frizer, wash and dry machine, coffeemachine (type Nespresso) , waterboiler, dishes, and kitchen ustensils, safe
-A table and 2 chairs, television with LCD, DVD player
-A bed (lg 160) with bed linen (pillows, feather bed)
-Wireless access and wire access
The bathroom with: big Shower, 2 basins , toilets, drier towels, hair drier, cupboard
Terrace of 22 qm with table and 2 armchairs
Vaccum cleaner, ironing board and domestic iron at your disposal in the common corridor. Free, on request for the baby : baby cot and high chair, 1 folding cot for a child. Possibility to rent : DVD, laptop.
The appartment is luminous, calm and opens on the prettiest court in the hearth of pedestrian zone, in Nice center town, at 5 minutes with foot from the beach, and old town, ideal situation for all gastronomical and c/ultural discoveries of the region.

In case of cancellation:
more 14 daysfrom you arrival day, i pay back the depositby bank transfer(less the bank fees), less 14 daysfrom your arrival day, you loose the deposit exept in case of absolute necessity (ill, loss of employment, death, accident : and you must to proove that).
CLAUSES:
The tenant is responsible for any broken or deteriored object, and for the damage which could be caused with the installations or for the bad handling of the electricals appliance or different.
The interruptions in the operation of the general services of the dwelling, heating, hot water, cold water, etc… or the public services, water, electricity etc…do not justify a reduction of rent, nor of damages, if they are not due to an act of will of the owner.
The owner releases himself from any responsability in the event of flight or burgling in the rented places.
