Laverton Water Reserve and Catchment Area Order 2008

1.Citation

Thisorder is the Laverton Water Reserve and Catchment Area Order 2008.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows:

(a)clauses1 and2— on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;

(b)the rest of the order— on the day after that day.

3.Laverton Water Reserve boundaries and name altered

(1)The boundaries of the water reserve called the Laverton Water Reserve are altered from those—

(a)shown bordered on the Department of Water plan WT3408; and

(b)constituted and defined by Order in Council published in the Gazette 4June1975,

to those—

(c)shown bordered ______and shaded grey on the Department of Water plan WT3408; and

(d)outlined by means of coordinates annexed to that plan.

(2)The name of the water reserve as altered by subclause(1) is altered to be the Laverton Water Reserve and Catchment Area.

4.Information plan of the Laverton Water Reserve and Catchment Area

The boundary of the Laverton Water Reserve and Catchment Area as altered by this order is shown for information purposes in the plan in Schedule1.
