NON—DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
This agreement dated______, between the undersigned, LAUNDROMAT SELLER and the prospective buyers/interested parties provides for the following:
The prospective buyers/interested parties having requested information pertaining to a property or business marketed by theLAUNDROMAT SELLER, with regards to a possible purchase, agrees to treat all information or evaluation materials furnished by LAUNDROMAT SELLER with the utmost confidentiality.
Prospective buyers/interested parties agrees not to call, contact or inspect said premises, speak or communicate via any means with any of the sellers employees without an appointment followed up by a written confirmation.
Prospective buyers/interested parties must deal exclusively with the LAUNDROMAT SELLER personally, via LAUNDROMAT SELLERS cell phone number indicated on LAUNDROMAT SELLERS offer for sale at 570-801-3560 or LAUNDROMAT SELLERS email address which is laundromat4 outside of said business. Prospective buyers/interested parties shall not enter said premises, telephone said premises, and communicate with any of the seller’s employees or business except through the seller by a mutually agreeable time and place.
It is agreed that the prospective buyers/interested parties will not use the information or evaluation material in any way detrimental to the property, business and/or property/business owner’s interest. This material will be kept confidential by the prospective buyers/interested parties. Should the prospective buyers/interested parties disclose any evaluation material to anyone who needs to know such information for the purpose of assisting in evaluating the property or business, it is understood that the prospective buyers/interested parties will inform any assistant of the confidential nature of this information.
The prospective buyers/interested parties acknowledges this Agreement by signing, dating and returning this Agreement to the LAUNDROMAT SELLER. Also, the Consumer Notice has been explained by the Pennsylvania regulations to the prospective buyers/interested parties and a copy will be provided to the prospective buyers/interested parties at the first opportunity to meet.
