Launching a new Associate is a step by step process that consists of 2 to 3 Launch Calls.

Follow the steps below and use the language when applicable. Keep a record of where you are with your Associate using the New Customer Checklist.

  1. Have your new Customer visit Isagenix.com and log in to their back office.
  2. Ask the MAGIC QUESTION “ I am committed to your success and when you get the results you are after people are going to start asking you questions and want to look and feel as good as you do.. At this point there are 3 options:
  3. You can give me those referrals as I am using Isagenix as a way to bring extra income into my home and I will be grateful.
  4. I can teach you how to get these amazing products paid for
  5. If you are open, I can show you how one of Isagenix other solutions is a financial opportunity that is impacting so many lives with more ease.
  6. Show them the purple “Click Here to Become an Associate” button.
  7. For Customers not ready to share: “When people start asking you about it and you would like to earn cash for their referrals, you’re going to click here. It takes 5 minutes and it’s very simple.
  8. For those ready to share: “Knowing that you’re interested in getting the company to cover the cost of your products, go ahead and click the button on the left side of your screen that says “Click Here to Become an Associate”. It’s a simple process that requires you to watch a 3 minute video. I’ll just stay on mute while you watch it and let me know when you’re done.”
  1. Show them their AutoShip.
  2. Have them put their AutoShip date on their calendar and put a reminder in their phone to contact you 3 days before that date to see where they are in their goals and make a recommendation of how to go forward.
  3. Show them the Place Order button in case they need a partial order during the month.
  4. NEW ASSOCIATES ONLY** Show them their Placement Tree
  5. “Go to Team at the top and click View Placement Tree. Go to the bottom where it looks like a family tree. This is your team. When you get somebody started this is where they’re going to go. Have you noticed you have (2) people already on your team?”
  6. They will say “How did this happen?”
  7. “That is the beauty of the compensation plan. Have you seen the compensation plan video?
  8. If no: “On our website there is a Get Paid To Share tab. I’ll send you a direct link to it so you have it in your inbox. You definitely want to check that out after our call.”
  9. If yes: “Do you remember what you saw in the video? Well, those (2) people are part of your team and you will be paid on their orders forever.”

  2. For Customers not ready to share: “I know you said this isn’t for you (or you want to wait until you get results), but I what I want to show you is that there is a very simple system that I will guide you through if and when that time comes, so that you know how to do this. So you don’t have to have a ton of experience because there is a simple step by step system to follow that makes it really easy. How awesome is that?”
  3. The most simple step is to start with a text message to those who you are already thinking would be open to trying this. We can use the script found at

For those ready to share with intension: “Go to the Start Here tab. Here’s how to adjust your privacy settings to give you the greatest visibility on Facebook. So when we get off the phone please go ahead and do this.

So what I want to show you is a tool that is the cause of our team’s growth. It’s a very simple copy & paste Facebook post that was written by Zak Slobin, who by the way has over 10 years experience in network marketing, has 15 years experience in sales, and was a professional copyrighter, so everything that is written in this post is with specific language. It works and has NLP embedded in it and it’s designed to attract people to you. So it’s a very non-threatening, non-sales approved to attracting people to your page.”

  • Now click the Step Two tab and read through the post with them. “So it’s a really simple system. How awesome is that?” “Great! So when do you want to do this post for sure?” Then walk them through the “Pro Tips” on the page as well as how to answer when people start commenting. Walk them through every step of this page.
  • If you have already been on this call 20 minutes or more, set up a time for a follow up call to go over making their list. If they are rearing to go you can do this next step now. Use your judgement.
  1. Help them make their list – The Home Plate Tab (typically Launch Call #2)
  2. Walk them through the Memory Jogger to make their list.
  3. Ask them their goal for the list and how many names they would like to put on it.
  4. Ask them when they can do this for sure
  5. If they say 48 hours or less, they are serious.
  6. If they say Friday, you would say, “Great! So if we chat Saturday morning you would have it completed?” Then book a call with them for Saturday morning.
  7. “I want to point something out to you. Everything we do is step by step by step. There is a LOT of information out there about our company and network marketing. I want you to feel confident in knowing that in partnership with me, I’m just going to give you your very next step. That way I can allow you to stay focused and out of overwhelm. Look ______, what I really want you to get about this process is that while I’m training you as a student, I’m also training you as a teacher, as someone who can show people how to do this exact same process. So keep that in mind as we go through step by step because you’re going to be doing the same thing with your people when you’re up and ready.
  8. Book your next call!
  9. Help them refine their list – (Launch Call #3 – or #2 if they did the FB Post and List in Call #1)
  10. “Imagine your were starting a multi-million dollar a year company, which you have the potential to do here. Who would be the 7 to 10 people that you would want around your boardroom table?”
  11. Go through their 7 to 10 people with them asking what they like about them and how they fit the characteristics they chose in their Memory Jogger.
  12. Take them back to the website to the 1st Base tab for the Top Down Invitation. Walk them through sending the template in text with the people at the top of their list.
  13. Inoculate Your Associate
  14. “Look ______, I want to be really honest with you. Most people, after I give them this step, they will disappear. They will disappear because they get into overwhelm and into their heads and are afraid of picking up the phone. So how willing are you to get a little uncomfortable, to stretch, to have a new conversation and follow a template that you can create (state their goal)? How willing are you, because you can do this just using social media, but it’s going to take you longer, if you get there at all. The only real way to build this business fast is to pick up the phone. So if now isn’t your time, if it’s not your time to go after (their goal) as quickly as possible no big deal. We can put this on the back burner and come back to it when you’re ready, but I just eat to let you know this is here most people are going to quit because they get a little uncomfortable. The more you call, the easier it gets and you’re going to start getting more yes’s than no’s. Because in the beginning you’re going to get more no’s than yes’s, but guess what? All of those no’s are all superficial. Treat them as practice and know that as you continue to do this these people who initially said no are going to come back to you. They all do. So I’m just forewarning you, this is where the rubber meets the road. How willing are you, how committed are you, and how serious are you about being able to (their goal)?”
