Terms & Conditions :
Please read the rule & regulation upon registration.
· One team is limited to minimum of 5 players (inclusive of Team leader) maximum of 6 players.
· Photocopy of the Player’s Identity Card or Passport is compulsory.
· 1 piece of passport size PHOTO is compulsory.
· All the form must be completed and clearly filled with full details. Ipro Cyber Café will reserve the full authority to withdraw the registration forms if the form is incomplete or fake information.
· All players should report to the venue/ organizer 45 minutes before their match.
· Late of 1 minute will be disqualified.
· Completing this registration form assumes that all members of the team has read and understood the tournament rules and regulations.

Special Remark: All the Winner will be invited to Dota 2 The Asia-Malaysia, all the accommodation & Flight will be sponsored by e-club & organizer.
