The undersigned also agrees to immediately notify Tanya’s Touch of Glam in case of a cancellation of the wedding/event or change to the wedding/event date. If there is a cancellation the retainer deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

In the event the services of the Wedding Planner are no longer required (cancellation of the wedding, etc.), a percentage of the deposit will be forfeited, as set out below:

25% of the deposit if the event is cancelled within 7 days of the signing this contract

50% of the deposit if the event is cancelled between 8-15 days of the signing this contract

75% of the deposit if the event is cancelled between 16-30 days of the signing this contract

100% of the deposit if the event is cancelled after 30 days of the signing this contract
