Elections

·  Course of action tonight:

·  Andy send out to the candidates congratulating

·  Garrett, Kirsty, Matt send out an email to the counterparts congratulating them. Invite them to the first meeting after spring break

·  Andy send out an email to Edee and Gayle announcing as well

Apolis

·  Nailed it. Very successful event!

·  Should we have this be a repeat event??

·  Let’s have there be a networking event in the future for off campus students.

·  Student fee increases?? Garrett, clarify with doug.

ICP stipends vote

·  800 programming budget is only enough for the events that don’t require food.

·  Discussion..

·  Andy’s thought- there will be an increased budgetary need if we do this potentially...then they will be largely independent of WCSA which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

·  Angela- any time new funding comes through student fee dollars it comes through WCSA

·  Determine the value overall of this proposal

·  Vote- passed.

·  G- email jason about the bill...and copy angela!

Tori’s bill

·  Doesn’t need to be voted on…

·  Take out of Senator budget!!

PC bill

·  Money for construction team, another construction project they may need money for.

·  They should maybe wait until they have all their costs??

·  We should postpone til post PC

·  Let’s talk to nathan and gauge it.

·  Get an update on their fundraising thus far .

·  We have two more April 4th and 20th

·  Who should we have do it??
