ANNOUNCEMENTS:
WHAT’S NEW? . . . Well, here is something that is new – Odin Card rewards have changed! Yes, we might have ice cream from time to time however, you can expect Twix, 3 Musketeers, Sour Punch Straws and . . So earn those Odin cards. Remember to have your teacher sign the back. Redeem your card at the end of the week on Friday.
A REMINDER, A REMINDER, A REMINDER. If you ride something with wheels to school, [bike, skateboard, etc.] you must wear a helmet. Remember this is a state law, not just a Clement rule. Beginning on Wednesday, Feb 14 we will confiscate your “wheeled item” and a parent will need to pick it up or bring a helmet. (See CMS Handbook, page 5 & BIG white sign on the fence)
ANOTHER REMINDER. Rememberall food itemsshould be finished before you go on the field. It is a good idea to review the phone and ear bud policy (See page 6 CELL PHONES & #13 under Viking Code of Conduct)
CHEERLEADING TRYOUTS FOR REDLANDS HIGH SCHOOL: Attention all 8th graders! Do you want to be a Redlands High School Cheerleader and be part of an award winning Spiritleading program? Well, tryouts are coming soon. If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of, youmust bring your parent guardian to RHS Grace Mullen Auditorium on March 7th for a MANDATORY parent informational meeting at 6:00 p.m. Pick up a Flier at the student Center if you’re interested!!
CLOTHING DRIVE:LAST DAY FOR CLOTHING+: Clean out those closets for the Viking textile drive: clothes, shoes, bedding, towels, drapes, stuffed animals... pretty much anything soft.TODAY IS THE LAST DAY! Thanks for all the donations so far!

2018-2019 SPIRITLEADER TRY-OUT CLINIC: Be prepared for tryouts for the 2018/19 season and learn what is needed to try-out for REV or one of our other high schools squad. You will learn techniques that can help YOU have a head start for tryouts! Come pick up a flyer at the student center to sign up for and for more information!
REDLANDS ART ASSOCIATION: Is having Spring Art Camps February-May. Come pick up a flyer at the student center if you’re interested in learning more information!
HARKINS MOVIE TICKETS: PTSA is selling Harkins movie tickets every Thursday before and after school to help support music and drama boosters. Tickets are $8. Sales will take place at the east entrance gate between the main office and basketball courts.
