LAST CHANCE RANCH RV PARK & CAMPGROUND

The RV Park is a 53 acre section out of a total of 80 acres of property. The property is located in the northern section of Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. The acreage is 1320 ft deep, with 1350 ft of frontage road, located on Haydonville Rd. The Property iscentrally located between OKC and Tulsa. The RV Park is easily accessible off both, Interstate 40 and 44, via State Highway 48. The physical address is: 372155 East 980th Rd, Castle, Oklahoma 74833. The property, business and facilities have been beautifully maintained.

PHYSICAL STRUCTURES ON PROPERTY:

MAIN HOUSE: 1862 sq. ft. ranch style, brick home, 3bdrm, 2ba, spacious kitchen, with separate dining room, living room, separate mud and laundry room. The following heating and air have been installed: New electric heat 2005, new AC 2009, New propane stove 2009, new electric WH 2010. PARK RESTROOMS/SHOWER FACILITIES: 8X35 construction trailer converted into a men and women bathroom/shower facility. Women's side has 2 toilets, 2 shower stalls, 2 vanities, 2 separate, but connected spaces. Men's side is 1 space with 1toilet, 2 shower stalls, 1 vanity. New flooring, ceiling, wall panels. 50 gal water heater. Built and put in service 2009. Water piping system is new type flex freeze burst proof poly pipe.
