4.0 Environmental Recommendations

4.1 Overview

This document is designed to aid Product Specialists/Account Executives and other field personnel in the education of Travel Agencies on their office environment as it pertains to the Sabre Internet or STP connections. The office environment is a critical aspect to consider when it comes to the functionality and operation of Sabre. In the correct office environment superior performance and reliability will be gained with less Internet/VAX disconnection. Provided in the section below are Hardware Marketing recommendations/suggestions on office environmental conditions for Sabre. It is highly recommended that these recommendations/suggestions be considered when consulting a travel agency.
