  • Employed as a CBRN Subject Matter Expert for Murtech, specifically responsible for integration of Commercial Off The Shelf CBRN technology into existing company projects.
  • Responsible for monitoring current and future CBRN solicitations and serving as company lead for CBRN proposal responses.
  • Responsible for conducting CBRN program analysis, identifying capability gaps and recommending material solutions in place of any capability gaps on consultation efforts on behalf of Murtech.
  • Responsible for Business Development with Marine Corps and Department of the Navy CBRN program offices in an effort to grow the Murtech name into those service specific branches.

  • Project Officer for the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Assessment and Consequence Management (ACM) program.
  • The ACM program was the lead program in Marine Corps Systems Command to go through the DIACAP/Information Assurance Process.
  • MAGTF CBRN ACM program is a $48 million Abbreviated Acquisition Program (AAP) for USMC CBRN service specific needs consisting of Commercialoff the Shelf equipment (COTS).
  • During this period, the Program Team took ACM program from Pre-Milestone B to Full Fielding in less than 24 months.
  • Coordinated the fielding of 27 USMC CBRN ACM sets amongst the 3 Marine Expeditionary Forces and Marine Forces Reserves.
  • Coordinated and taught the New Equipment Training for 80 separate COTS components comprising the MAGTF CBRN ACM set.
  • Project Officer for the Dismounted Reconnaissance Sets, Kits, and Outfits (DRSKO) program for the USMC, an ACAT Level III program.
  • Project Officer for the Joint Warning and Reporting Network (JWARN) program for the USMC, an ACAT Level III program.
  • Project Officer for the Joint Effects Modeling (JEM) program for the USMC, an ACAT Level III program.
  • Responsible for programmatic documentation including: Fielding Plan; Inter-Service Management Plan; Supportability Plan; Student Outlines; Instructor Outlines; and Equipment Manuals.
  • Supervised a team of 5 Contractor Support personnel.
