FEES

I/We understand that there are four (4) terms in each year and term fees are payable for a term not by class and are due in accordance with the due date on each term’s invoice.

Wherever possible one term’s notice is required to discontinue a class. There are no refunds for discontinuing once a term has commenced or for lessons that fall on a public holiday.

A costume deposit is added to term 3 fees and any balance of the actual cost added to term 4. All costumes are payable once ordering has commenced. A due date to advise of your child’s non-participation is advised in term 3. Where we are not advised by this date, all costumes costs are payable by you.

Please remember the academy does not have pupil free days like the education system. Our first day of term is generally on a Monday unless it falls on a public holiday.
