Wisconsin Department of Commerce Administrative Code

Chapters 50 through 57, 60, and 64 contain Wisconsin’s state building and maintenance codes. The state code deals primarily with new construction, but also governs all areas of the state not subject to local housing code. You can also obtain copies of the administrative codes at public libraries and law libraries.
