Dear Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2017:
It may be hard to believe, but your child will be graduating soon… and it’s already time to start thinking about his or her Senior year of High School. Below you will find a table of the important Yearbook dates and deadlines for your easy reference. Not included are the dates for sports team photos, which are handled through the coaches and athletic department. Senior Portrait information is on the online at Baby Patron information is on the reverse side of this sheet and also online.

BABY PATRON Picture & Message INFORMATION
June 17, 2016
Dear Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2017:
Your baby is graduating! In honor of this prestigious occasion, we are continuing the tradition of offering you the chance to leave a special message for your child in the Baby section of the yearbook.
BABY PATRON CHECKLIST
You will need to send or bring in all of the following together:
1) Baby Photo of Your Child (labeled with child’s full name on back):
(Note: Dark shots and low quality images do not reproduce well. We will scan, crop, and resize the picture to fit about 1½” x 1½” square)
2) Completed Baby Patron Message Form:(40 words or less including names, neatly printed: see attached)
3) Check or Money Order for $25 (NO CASH PLEASE!): Make payable to Lancaster High School Yearbook, with your child’s FULL NAME written on the memo line
4) SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE (SASE):Please write your child’s FULL NAME written on the back of the envelope and remember the stamp, so we can return the photo to you.

If you would like to deliver the message and picture in person, the yearbook staff will have a table set up at Open House (Thursday, October 6, 2016). The deadline for submitting baby patron ads is Friday, October 7, 2016. Due to production deadlines, pictures submitted or postmarked after this date will likely be placed at the end of the section (rather than in alphabetical order), or perhaps even excluded if extremely late. Please note that this section is printed in full color, but black and white photos are acceptable. Photos with stamped envelopes will be returned by mail in April. Any pictures not accompanied by a SASE will not be able to be picked up until May. Any photos not claimed by the end of the year will be destroyed.
We look forward to reading your special message, and we are certain your child will be pleasantly surprised.

PS/FAQ’s
If you want to have a message that is significantly longer than 40 words consider purchasing two ads and submitting two pictures. (If the order of the pictures is important please describe each and leave a note about the order you’d like to have them printed on your message form.)
Yes, it is okay for other friends and relatives (siblings, grandparents, etc.) to purchase ads, too. All photos are separated from their messages for scanning, so please leave a note on each patron message form so that we know which photo goes with which message.
