Hey, Lake City!

Our annual Photography Contest is coming up! Photographs for the contest must be 8”X 10” with a matt, and must be turned in to Mrs. Anderson by Wednesday, January 13th, 2016! Entry fee is $1 with no more than 3 entries for each person. Check the categories you can enter and win prizes in. For specifications see Mrs. Anderson or Holly in the office. We have prizes for Teacher entries as well! Bring in those amazing Photographs!!

The new drivers Ed Class is listed on the LCHS website and is posted in the A Hall.

It is that time of year again…help us decide the lucky teacher who gets to kiss the Fish! Vote by placing spare change in the jugs during A4 and B8 Tuesday 1/5-Wednesday 1/13. The teachers preparing to kiss the fish are Mrs. Asher, Mr. Georgius, Mr. Sandford, Mr. Menard, and Mr. J. Anderson!

Congratulations to the lake city bowlers on their victory over Coeur D’ Alene in Fight For the GOLDEN PIN. Lake City #1 went undefeated and overall team scores were 34 to 16.

Make sure to get your $5 spirit packs during lunch on Wednesday 1/13 and Thursday 1/14! They are worth $15, but student council is only selling them for $5! The Fight for the Fish game is at CHS on Friday 1/15.

Boo! Our 2016 Fight for the Fish Theme is Fishoween! Witches, Ghouls, and Goblins help us win the Fish again at CHS on Friday 1/15.

o  Wednesday 1/13- Hero Day- Dress up as your favorite Super Hero or even your own personal hero: Mom, Doctor, Cop, Firefighter, Coach, Military, Teacher, Lunch Lady, etc.

o  Thursday 1/14- Hunters vs. Hunted

§  Seniors- Hunters: Fishermen, Hunger Games, Cops

§  Underclassmen-Hunted: Animals, fish, criminals, zombies

o  Friday 1/15- Lake City Spirit Day- wear your navy, silver, and teal
