Cardio Junkie: For those of you addicted to cardio but who want results. 30 minutes of Interval cardio blasts varied in modality and intensity yet full of fun to motivate and inspire to give it your"all". 30 minutes of strength training and fab abs for a real body transformation.
Chisel "D": A total Body WORKOUTwith exercises that transition from one muscle group to the next. Continuous movement and great music keep the heart rate up for a sweat drenched session.

Spinning GO!!: Get your 30 minute cardio BUZZ going with this great indoor cycling class taught to energizing music, followed by sculpting exercises for a HEALTHY BACK and strong core!! All levels welcome.
Spinning: A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique basedand/or real terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. All levels welcome.
Fit Training: An intense workout that uses everything but the kitchen sink-if you like a real step/cardio challenge thisrepresents all you need to getyour heart pumping along with strength trainingsegments that are functional in nature.

R.I.P.P.E.D.:The one stop BODY shock!! A fun, high energy, total body conditioning, class that incorporates Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, and Endurance Training. This class targets all muscle groups by combining free weights and anaerobic conditioning. Come and get R.I.P.P.E.D......
Step Interval: Combines intervals of basic/intermediate step choreography and strength to work to increase your heartrate and tone your muscles. A highly effective workout, burningmaximum calories and increasing strength.

Power Yoga: Our most athletic Vinyasa. A vigorous, dynamic, physically energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle.

Vinyasa Yoga:A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to breath. Our breath links the mind and the body enabling us to stay calm, focusedaware and grounded thru out the practice. Classes are diverse in sequencing and will vary with instructor philosophy.
