addition to minute no. 11716 taken as read.

taken as read.

2b To approve Minutes of the Council Meeting held – 2 May 2017 (Full Council & Planning

Meeting) taken as read.

2c To approve Minutes of the Council Meeting held 16 May 2017 (Planning Meeting) taken as read.

3.a) To record Declarations of Interest by any member of the Council in respect of agenda items

detailed below. Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared. Forms are available from the Clerk.

DM/0450/17/FUL – Retrospective application to demolish existing shed and greenhouse and erect single storey outbuilding for storage at The Orchards, Grimsby Road, Laceby to be considered.

Planning Decision notice letter regarding McDonalds 24 hour opening to be considered.

Report from NELC regarding the Caistor Road Turning Area to be noted.

To consider any planning applications received since the printing of the agenda.

8.Reports from previous minutes

Dog Poo Posters to be considered.

To consider any reports brought to the attention of the meeting by members.

9. Financial Matters

The following accounts require payment/ approval:-

Income Tax/ NI payment to be advised.

Salaries total for three employees to end June 2017 to be advised.

D Weatherill – Laceby Parish Council telephone/broadband expenses 28.30

Councillor Marshall Chairman’s allowance for May 2017 20.00

D Weatherill – Clerk’s Petty Cash 75.00

A Ringrose – Groundsman’s Petty Cash 35.00

Hall Hire from Stanford Centre Group from Feb. to May 2017 4 invoices 90.00

Anglian Water Business (National) Ltd – Allotment Water 289.40

Lincolnshire Motors ltd account for the new mower and hedge trimmer to be paid if invoice received before the meeting.

Any invoices received after the printing of the Agenda may also be considered for payment by the Council.

10 Audit of Accounts for the year to 31st March 2017 – the following items to be considered:-

  • Note Bank Reconciliation taken as read.
  • Approval of Annual Governance Statement for 2016/2017 – to be signed.
  • Approval of Accounting Statements for 2016/2017- to be signed.
  • Note page 5 Annual Internal Audit Report by J. Dixon.
  • Note Variations between 2015/2016 & 2016/2017 – to be considered along with written report taken as read.
  • Note High Balances Report by Clerk taken as read.

10a Assets Register – to adopt the asset register as at 31 March 2017 – taking into account the

purchase prices of assets – taken as read.

11.Allotments

Letter from Anglian Water Business Ltd to be considered.

Report by Clerk in respect of tenants payments.

To consider any report received since the printing of the agenda.

12.Cemetery Matters/Churchyard Matters

Cemetery:-

Report regarding fencing etc. Section 9 at Cemetery to be discussed.

Haagensen Memorial date in August to be agreed for opening the monument.

Cemetery Bin and removal of Waste – provision of new bin (s) to be discussed and

discussion on new waste removal provider to be approved.

War Memorial do the Parish Council still wish to consider new plaques and meeting with stonemason – to be discussed.

Churchyard:-

Report regarding work at Churchyard – Councillor Marshall

Churchyard coping stones – report by Councillor Schofield.

To consider any other reports received since the printing of the agenda.

13.St Francis Grove Play Area

Email from Wicksteed Leisure regarding cleaning of wet pour to be considered.

Power Washing quotations to be considered.

Any further work required to be discussed.

14.Correspondence

Letter from Wilson Sharpe & Co to be considered.

Any other correspondence received after the printing of this agenda may be considered.

15.Child Safety Concerns – Cooper Lane report by Councillor Marshall.
