Are there any unsafe conditions like an unenclosed pool, etc?unenclosed pool but they are going to supervise until they can go out by themselves with a dog door. if they get a puppy they will supervise until the puppy is old enough to be outside alone. They will crate train a puppy.

Please give your overall impression of this family. What type of energy level of dog do you see with this family? Things that concern you, ect.. This family is very active and so they would need a dog that can keep up with the walks and hiking, beach trips, swimming and all the things they enjoy doing outdoors. The dog they get will be a very lucky labbie
