These verification reports should be used to inform the confirmation of validity of data as they reside in the SIRS repository. While some of the reports will require end of year certification, the Office of Information and Reporting (IRS) may use for reporting purposes any of the data contained in these reports and extract additional data from SIRS as necessary for other reports not listed here.
