Approved use:
Measuring the moisture content in CO2 / Duration of use:: infrequent, at the commissioning stage of each CO” install. Approx 6 times a year. Used up to30mins on day of use.

How is/could anyone be exposed?
Splashes to the hands and face and vapours whilst pouring. Vapour whilst test is taking place. Splashes to the hands and face and vapours whilst disposing of actone/CO2 mixture.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes
Soak up product with inert absorbent material, transfer to a suitable container and arrange disposal. Wash site of spillage thoroughly with water and detergent. (Spillage potential minimised by purchasing 1 Ltr containers)
First aid:
Inhalation – Remove from exposure, rest and keep warm. In severe cases, or if exposure has been great, OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION.
Skin contact – Drench the skin thoroughly with water. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before re-use. Unless contact has been slight, OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION.
Eye contact – Irrigate thoroughly with water for at least 10 minutes. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION.
Ingestion – Wash out mouth thoroughly with water and give plenty of water to drink. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION.
Fire fighting measures:
Special Risks: Highly flammable. Vapour/air mixture explosive. Vapours heavier than air. Keep away from sources of ignition.
Extinguishing Media: Water spray, foam, dry powder or carbon dioxide. Cool container with spray from a safe distance.
Disposal of packaging and unused substance:
Waste product must be disposed of by special means and classed as controlled waste.
Empty containers can be disposed of as general industrial waste.
