Krim (JD, ACC, ELI-MP) bring their seasoned and diverse professional experience to the firm’s Mediation & Arbitration Practice Group.

Rosmarin combines her dual background in law and mental health to mediate a breadth of disputes. Her work as a mental health counselor, facilitator of bereavement groups, and as a Collaborative and conflict coach has made her particularly adept at helping clients overcome the difficulties involved in resolving emotionally charged conflicts. She mediates a variety of family matters including, divorce, custody and visitation, elder care and planning, trusts and estates, and issues that arise from family owned businesses.

With experience as a commercial litigator and having served as in house attorney at the U.S. division of a multinational corporation, Rosmarin is skilled at finding creative solutions to the competing demands of business pressures and legal realities. She is also available to mediate commercial and employment disputes.

Krim bolsters his mediation skills with his experience as a negotiator in both the private and public sectors and as a certified professional life coach. He employs a broad based perspective in synthesizing his clients' diverse viewpoints of their conflict. Krim is an active listener who gleans his clients' true intentions from their communications and helps them find common ground on which to base their mutually beneficial agreements. Having lived and worked in Israel, Krim is fluent in Hebrew.

Streng, a co-administrative partner of McCarthy Fingar. “Their unique backgrounds and varied expertise makes them an asset to our firm and to our clients who seek to resolve conflict in a manner that allows for client control, enhanced communication, and creative problem solving.”
