The sequence is given according to Genebank: AL009175, NM_000390 (NG_009874.1 RefSeqGene). Sequencing at the editor’s lab has revealed two missense changes in exon 5 (A216T (676G>A) and A218S (682G>T)) in every sample sequenced and present in the homozygous state in females. This indicates T216 and S218 to be the correct amino acid at this position.Exons are taken from[1,2], personal communication with F.P.M. Cremers and H. van Bokhoven, and additional data obtained in the editors lab
