Once contacted Konica Minolta will provide a Sales Quote (SQ) for the equipment required for the individual school. Konica Minoltawill also ask for points of contact at the school for follow up of the order.

Konica Minolta will ask the school for quantities as well as the time frame it would like the order dispatched to the school. If the school is happy with the pricing, it can submit a purchase order either via fax or email to firstly Martin Keetels and secondary to John O’Sullivan. John O’Sullivan is the point of escalation for the schools within Konica Minolta.

Once the order has been fulfilled Konica Minolta will contact the school to ensure, everything has been received.
