KIA BANKS ON CHILD-POWER TO SET A NEW JUNE RECORD

Kia wants Australia’s children to help it set a new June sales record by offering a free DVD player and LCD screen with every Kia Carnival sold during this month.

“We want Australia’s children to stand up and demand an end to boring journeys,” says Edward Butler, General Manager for Kia AutomotiveAustralia. “We want them to tell their parents that now is the best time to buy Australia’s number one people mover so that they can watch DVDs on every journey and that it will cost their parents no extra money. For the month of June only DVD-equipped Kia Carnivals available from $29,990 with all on-road costs included.”

With June being the end of the financial year and a traditionally strong sales month plus a fresh delivery of Carnivals to all its dealers around Australia, Kia believes that June is the month that it will set a new Australian sales record.

Boasting a 30 per cent market share, the Kia Carnival is the vehicle that redefined the Australia market’s attitude to people movers and it is now the vehicle against which all newcomers must be judged.
