Employees is one of important accet in an organization. The existence of employees becomes one of factors to again the organization’s goal. Therefore, the ability to communicate well vertically and horizontally in the organization environment is required. Good communication between employees and manager wil create trust between them go the organization will give freedom to the employees to do their task as their perception with the factors above, the employee’s commitment to the organization will be increased.

The data analiysis used in this study is regression analysis, which is the application of multiple regression analysis. The study aims at (1) determining descriptive condition of organizational communication on the employee’s of Hotel Santika Malang. (2) determining descriptive job satisfaction on the employee’s of Hotel Santika Malang. (3) determining the effect of organizational communication such as communication related to task/job. Communication related to bawahan’s achievement, communication about carier, communication related to daya tanggap atasan and parsial individual communication on the job satisfaction employees of Hoel Santika Malang partially. (4) determining the effect of organizational communication such as communication related to ask/jobs communication related to bawahan”s achievement, communication about career, communication related to daya tanggap atasan and individual communication on the job satisfaction of the employee of Hotel Santika.

The study used corelational descriptive method. The data was taken by using closed questionairre. The items of instrument used in this study are the quoted from related the items is not done. But test of validity and reliability of data obtained. The population of this study are the employees of Hotel Santika Malang while the sample are 88 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.

The result of the study conclude that (1) the condition of employee organizational communication in Hotel Santika Malng can be categorized as good. (2) the condition of the employees job satisfaction of Hotel Santika Malang. (3) there is a positive significant effect of communication related to task/job on the employees job satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang. (4) there is a positive significant effect of communication related to junior’s achievement on the employees job satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang. (5) there is a positive significant effect of communication about career on the job employees satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang. (6) there is a positive significant effect communication related to daya tanggap atasan on the employee’s job satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang. (7) there is a positive significant effect of individual communication on the employees job satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang. (8) there is a positive significant effect of organizational communication on the employees job satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang.

Based on the results of study elaborated above it is suggested that (1) the condition of organizational communication in Hotel Santika Malang is good. Therefore the organization can go smoothly and succed so that the leader can help the employee in doing their job. (2) the condition of the employees job satisfaction in Hotel Santika Malang is good. In the condition it is better that the organization increase some aspects such as the salary of the employees get satisfied in doing the jobs. (3) the condition of comminication related to ask/job in Hotel Santika Malang is categorized good. The condition will get better if the organization understand the employees needs to help them communicate with others. (4) the condition of individual communication in Hotel Santika Malang is categorized poor. The condition will get better if the organization understand the employees needs to help them communicate with others. (5) organizational communication give a significant effect on the employees job satisfaction. So that the leader who responsible on the organization must contribute in increasing good communication in the organization so that the employees can participate in going job satisfaction.
