Biography
Kevin McDaniel is the Chief Strategist with WindRiver Strategies (www.windriverstrategies.net), an executive coaching firm in Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, has trained with multiple coaching institutes including the International Association of Coaches (IAC), Resource Realizations, Fowler-Wainwright and is a member of the International Federation of Coaches and the IAC. His clients include healthcare professionals, physicians, chief officers, senior management and business owners…individuals and businesses looking to boost morale, creativity and performance.
Kevin worked in healthcare as Executive Director with EthosPartners Healthcare and Navigant Consulting where he oversaw sales, client services and operations for the Business Intelligence Group. His organization has worked with enterprises like the AAHAM, Healthcare Financial Managers Association (HFMA) where he served on their faculty in 2012 and 2013, the Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic, Oschner Healthcare, Infirmary Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ashley Furniture, ERA Realty and others. He delivers his services as a Keynote Speaker and through one-on-one coaching, Team Building workshops, Strategic Planning Retreats always with a view to align culture with real time outcomes.
