Kenmore Park Infant & Nursery School is an ambitious four form entry, multicultural school with a Children’s Centre and high aspirations for its learners and staff (permanently expanded to four forms from September 2015).

The Governors wish to appoint experienced full time Infant class teachers with the experience and knowledge of the EYFS or KS 1 curriculum.

The successful candidates are required to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Ambitious, innovative and inspirational classroom leadership qualities.
  • Excellent practice as a classroom teacher who has a passion for leading learning and making a difference to young children not only academically but also socially and emotionally.
  • A track record of strong inclusive practice, raising achievement of all groups of learners.
  • Experience of teaching/leading learning in EYFS or KS 1.
  • Strong use and experience of using formative & summative assessment to inform planning and provision for learners.
  • Ability to work closely with a strong year group team.
  • The ability to offer are area of specialism which they can use to contribute to raising standards across all classes and year groups within the Infant school.
