PRIOR TO SUBMTTING YOUR REGISTRATION

  1. Discuss the exam with your AP teacher and ask for their advice and support.

2.  Check the date for the exam! Be sure the exam does not conflict with class projects, field trips, family vacation, and tournaments. There are no alternate exams for Music Theory or any of the World Languages. Most late exams cost an extra $45.

3.  If you need any special testing accommodations, see your counselor immediately and advise Mrs. Johansen, AP Coordinator, before registering.

4.  ****Students who have more than one exam scheduled at the same time, three exams on the same day, or who have exam conflicts need to see Lori Johnson in room 128 for the late-testing exam registration form information and should email Mrs. Johansen at before completing the blue registration form pages 1-3. More late-testing exam information can be found on Wash’s website under AP.

REGISTRATION

1.  Registration begins now and ends at noon on Friday, March 20. Complete the blue AP Exam registration form pages 1-3. Be sure you initial each exam you wish to order and circle your teacher’s last name if indicated. 2015 AP Exam fees are $91 per exam. You must pay for each exam you order and return your completed AP Exam registration form along with your payment to Lori Johnson, room 128, by noon, Friday, March 20, 2015.

  1. Make checks payable to Washington High School. Write student’s name on memo line. Cash is also accepted. You have the option to pay by credit card. You can call Gail Barry, WHS bookkeeper, at 558-3097 to make arrangements.
  2. In April you will be assigned a pre-registration session which YOU MUST ATTEND. It is held during the school day in a place to be determined.

4.  Before submitting your AP Exam registration, check to see that both student and parent/guardian have signed the signature line on page 3 of the blue registration form and included all necessary information.
