Spare parts
A supplier will deliver spare parts being sufficient for a usual two-year long exploitation.
Special tools
A supplier will provide for special tools if they are necessary for regular maintenance.
Manuals for operating and maintenance
A supplier will deliver 3 (three) copies of each manuals for operating and maintenance and catalogue of spare parts in English, and 1 (one) copy in Bosnian, if available + CD if available.
Training
The supplier shall organize a training at Sarajevo International Airport within 7 days from arrival of vehicles at the Airport. That shall mean a quality acceptance of the vehicles.The training should include operating the vehicle and maintaing all the components. (engine, hydraulics, eletronics etc). The Supplier is obliged to include the schedule and duration of the training in an Offer.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- In general
1.1A supplier will deliver filled in technical specifications being a constituent part of this section. It should be celarly marked if the equipment is in compliance with the specifications. In all other cases the supplier will list data and features for recommended equipment.
1.2In addition to the above mentioned, a supplier will enclose necessary drawings and brochures.
1.3A supplier has to include in his offer and describe anti-corrosive protection and finishing of all metal components.
1.4A supplier will include in his tender a list of recommended special tools for maintenance of equipment (if such tool are necessary). The list must include the prices and will be considered a constituent part of the Price-list.
1.5A supplier will include in his tender a list of recommended spare parts being sufficient for a normal two-year-long exploitation. The list must include the prices and will be considered a constituent part of the Price-list.
1.6A supplier will include in his tender a list of recommended manuals for operating and maintenance, as well as a catalogue of spare parts.
1.7A supplier has to state the shortest delivery term of spare parts in his tender.
