On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Program Management Analyst to join the Program Management Office (PMO) team. This is a unionized position.

Reporting to the Manager, Projects and Change Management, Corporate Development, the Program Management Analyst is accountable for project tracking, as well as the compilation, reporting and coordination of all program activities, project interdependencies, and resource allocation within the WCBNS portfolio of projects. The incumbent will identify potential conflicts, shortfalls, and discrepancies between project schedules and resource allocations and will report these to the PMO. The incumbent will also develop, analyze, monitor, and report on a master schedule of all milestones and will coordinate the schedule for all deliverable dates.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to a variety of situations; changing and adapting to different approaches or work processes depending on the needs of the situation. Strong communication, planning and execution skills and the ability to analyze and understand linkages and connections between key points of projects and initiatives is a must. You have a minimum of two years recent experience in project scheduling or project management and demonstrated success in managing a program or a portfolio of project schedules. You have also demonstrated competency using Microsoft office programs, especially Project 2013. A University degree, in business, sciences or related field is required plus formal training or certification in project management including PMBoK® Methodologies is required. CAPM or PMP certification is considered an asset.
