**Juvenile history and prognosis records are confidential and will only be disclosed if the requester qualifies under Oregon law and department policy.

**You may be asked for identification to ensure you are authorized to receive records.

**You may be asked to pay a fee for record preparation.

If you would like Court Records about a juvenile case (summons, petitions, motions, orders and other papers filed with the court) you must provide a written request to Deschutes County Circuit Court.

o  Go to: www.courts.oregon.gov/Deschutes.

o  Click the “Materials and Resources” tab at the top.

o  Scroll down to “Case File Copy Request Form” and follow instructions.

o  Call 541-388-5300 x 2170 for questions.
