Game times will be between 5.00pm–7.00pm
7-a-side
25 min games played on a third of a field
Open to anyone who plays in J3/4 and up to J7/8
Team registration fee $375
Registrations close Friday, 30th September 2016
RULES
- No hitting
- No lifting or overheads.
- Ball allowed to be played off the boards
- 7 players per side.
- 3 metre rule instead of 5 metre rule
- Score from anywhere (no D)
- Ball over Backline is a defenders free hit (no long or short corners) – unless deliberately then long corner is allowed.
OTHER INFORMATION
- You must have a minimum of 7 players, a team of 9 is recommended.
- Teams must have a manager and they are responsible for all monies. NOMINATION OF TEAM PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE COMPETITION STARTS.
- Teams must supply an umpire for the game previous/after to theirs.
- Teams can be a mix of age groups.
- Players must wear shin pads and mouth guards.
- If you don’t have a team, please email – Junior Summer Hockey - Lisa Dwyer on so that we can hopefully place you in a team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
COMPETITION REGISTRATION/PAYMENT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 30th September 2016.
LATE REGISTRATION/PAYMENT FORMS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Note: Registration/Payments form must be submitted on time to complete registration; also all members in teams must register AND pay before the season starts. There are limited places for teams available in the senior competition, so please register ASAP. Fees stipulated in online registration/payment could also be subject to slight variance depending on how many teams enter the competition. Team Contacts will be notified immediately should this occur.
All correspondence with the JLHC Summer Competition Organizing Committee is to be made via email at Junior Summer Hockey and correspondence relating to the competition will only be entered into if said correspondence is submitted via email by the team contacts.
Payment Total cost per team for the 10 week comp = $375 per TEAM

All fees are to be paid in full, in advance. NO PART PAYMENTS PLEASE.
NO REFUNDS are given for failure to attend matches, and a decision to withdraw from the competition is at the discretion of players; however fees paid will not be refunded. In the event that a player wishes to withdraw from the competition, they may nominate an appropriate replacement player to register in their place, through their team manager.
Team and Individual player registration and payment signifies acceptance that the Joondalup Lakers Hockey Club or any committee member, playing member, official or umpire cannot be held responsible for any injury sustained by any player, or loss of any property during the game or related events. It is also an acknowledgement of temporary membership with the Joondalup Lakers Hockey Club Inc., and an agreement to abide by the rules, the club code of conduct and bylaws laid down by their constitution. This also entitles players to insurance cover under Hockey WA and is therefore very important to complete.
